Vishnu's devotees have gathered in
large numbers on the Garud Para.

main door, the assembly of the best of
the deities stands with folded hands.

Suka-Sanak-adika Narada-Tumbara bhaktancya koti,

In the midst of the large gathering of
devotees are Shuka-Sanaka, Narada-
Tumbar; and even Girija's consort is
standing there with trident and damru in hand.

Worldliness ('Tama-Raja') had no existence in
you. Yet the ignorant are deceived by these
illusions ('Yogamaya'). We do not have even
the slightest of powers to ward off these
illusions. You alone can grant salvation to the
people by your mere presence and passage on
this earth.

O, Lord Sainath Maharaj, you are the sun that destroys
the darkness of ignorance of this world. How ignorant
we are! We have no words to describe your greatness.
Even the great poets are exhausted in their attempt to
describe it.

అజ్ఞానంధకారమును పారద్రోలి, నీ పై భక్తిని ప్రసాదించుము.

Open your lotus eyes, Lord of the poor and
destitute, Lord Ramakanta and look at us
mercifully, as a mother looks at her child.
Your amusing sayings in sweet voice take
away all our sufferings, Sainatha,
దీనబందూ, లక్ష్మీపతీ, నీ నేత్రకమలములు
తెరిచి మాతృ వాత్సల్యముతో మమ్ము చూడు.

Raangamandapi mahadari zalise dati
Mana utavila rupa pahavaya drsti.
A big crowd is gathered in the pandal
upto the main gate. Everyone is eager

The doors have opened and we have
received the reward of your Darshan.

Kama krodha mada matsara atuni kakada kela
vairagyace tupa ghaluni mi to bihavila
I have compressed and entwined lust,
anger, ego, envy and made them into a
wick for the lamp; and soaked it into
the ghee of asceticism that I have poured.
సహజముగా కామ క్రోధాది ప్రవృత్తిగల మనస్సును
మీ ఆరతి వత్తిగా వైరాగ్యమనే నేతిలో తడిపి,

I have lit it with the spark of devotion
for Sainath Guru. After burning up the vices,

Pervading the entire universe, you also
make your abode in every living being's
heart.You are also the Datta deity,
who lives in Shirdi and blesses us.
Though you abide at Shirdi, you also race
elsewhere for the sake of your devotees.
After obliterating every trace of their
troubles you give your devotees your
experiences. Neither the gods nor
human beings can understand your
divine play.

The sky and all the ten-directions of the
earth are reverberating with your praises,
sung by the devotees, which resound
like the beating of the drums. Eager
persons have come to Shirdi to behold
your godly form. They have become
oblivious of their own selves after
drinking the nectar-like words of your
advice. Leaving aside their pride and their
jealousies, they have surrendered at
your feet. Have mercy, and keep me as
a slave, close to you, O Mother Sai.

Awaken Rukmani's Lord! The Lord is

They are playing different instruments.
Drums and Shehnai resonate at the
entrance. With all this the Kakad-arati
of my beloved, revered Lord is taking place.

వాయిద్యములు మ్రోగుచున్నవి.మా
సద్గురురాయునికి కాకడ ఆరతి యగుచున్నది.

The blowing of the conch, at the main
gate, is like the roaring of the lion.
There is rejoicing. Nama adores the feet
of the Lord Keshavaraj, who is standing
of the Lord Keshavaraj, who is standing
on the brick.

PruthviIt is dawn and the auspicious rays of the
sun are radiating over the sky.
Whosoever meditates on the Guru at this
time cannot be harmed by the pitfalls of
Kaliyug. Therefore, with folded hands,
let us now pray to the Guru. May the
Samarth Guru Sainath fulfil our
desire
ప్రభాతమైనది. రవి శుభముగా ఆకసమున వెలుగుచున్నాడు.
ఈ సమయమున సదా గురువును స్మరింతువారిని కలి స్పృశింపజాలడు

As the sun dispels the darkness, the Guru
destroys ignorance. But the sun cannot
really be ever compared to the Guru,
because darkness gathers again after
the sun is set; but, once the Guru
blesses, ignorance never re-appears.
May the Samarath Guru Sainath fulfil
our desires
సూర్యుడు అంధకారమును వలె సాయినాధ గురువు
అజ్ఞానమును నశింపచేయును. కానీ సూర్యుడు

As soon as the sun rises we shake
off our lethargies. Simlarly, the
Guru removes all evil desires or
tendencies and, by vanquishing our
egoism, feelings of reverence are
inculcated at his feet. May the Saamarth
Guru Sainath fulfil our desires

ఆలసత్వము నశించును. అట్లే గురుకృపవలన దుష్కృత్య లాలాసే
నశిం చును ఆయన పాదములను భావన చేయుటవలన

If we compare the Guru with Brahma, or
Harihar, the Guru is mightier. Then
why does this comparison come to my
mind as an unwanted visitor? O Guru,
your excellence cannot have
resemblance to any being other than
you. May the Samarth Guru Sainath
fulfil our desires.

భూమిమీద జీవులను తరింపచేయుటకే

Now, come out of your meditations,
O Guru, and come to the mosque, so that
your sweet words may destroy the
devotees difficulties. O, revered Guru,
you are gently and yet you are the
destroyer of all the evil in the world.

Ah! At the auspicious time the Guru is
awakened and is sitting up. With a
glance at those who are sitting at his
feet, he destroys their difficulties. There
is not another such well-wisher in this
world! May the Samarth Guru Sainath
fulfil our desires.

ఆహా, ఎంతో శుభసమయం! గురువుజాగరూకుడై
లేచి కూర్చొనియున్నాడు. పదాశ్రితులను తన
దృక్కు ల తో ఆపద లనుండి కాపాడుచున్నాడు,
ఇంతటి ఉపకారి ఈజగములో అన్యుడు లేడు .

However wise a person is, if he does not
have the Guru's blessings, he cannot
understand what is good for his welfare,
and can only indulge in mere prattle. If
he just firmly holds the Guru's feet with
concentrated devotion, the Samarth
Guru Sainath fulfils his desires.
ఎంత తెలివై న వాడైనా గురుకృప లే నిచో
జీవితమును వ్యర్ధ ప్రలాపములుతో నిరర్థకము
చేసికొనును గురుచరణముల యందు భక్తి కలిగిన,
సమర్ధుడైన గురువు మనో వాసనలను పూరించును

Samasta jaga he Guru svarupaci thaso manasa
Ghado satata satkriti matihi de jagatpavana

O, Guru, I entreat you to make you abode in
the temple of my heart. Stamp upon my mind
that the whole world is the image of my Guru.
O Lord! mould me and give me the power
and intelligence, so that I always have the
desire to do good deeds. May the Samarth
Guru Sainath fulfil our desires.

mind all their misgivings and grant them

feet and very humbly dedicate these eight
